This permanent, part-time role offers 33 hours per week, including non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:45-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. About the Service: Sharing a dedicated space with the school has fostered meaningful relationships with staff, students, and families, creating a seamless link between OSHC and the classroom. As our Coordinator, you'll attend all school and community events, engage regularly with families, and have the opportunity to personalise the program environment to reflect your vision and the children’s interests.
